In a previous post we announced our successful appointment as designers for a single level unit development at Cooroy in Queensland. Located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, this site is about 25 minutes from Noosa.

Construction started soon after all relevant development applications were approved. The first stage of this development has been completed, and the stage two of construction has now commenced.

Interest for these units has been fantastic, according to the the builder. All of the dwellings have now been sold, including those of this second stage. Needless to say that demand for this kind of housing option is in high demand.

The units were designed for smaller households or people who are down sizing from bigger family dwellings. There is a choice of two or three bedroom units.

This is the second multi unit development for All Design and Drafting in Cooroy, after the successful completion of the sold out Kauri Rise multi units project.
